You can submit a tracked deletion request inside the BusinessSetu mobile app: open More, choose Delete account & personal data, read the explanation, then confirm with your current password. The app shows a reference and due date and signs you out everywhere.
Request account deletion
If you cannot use the in-app route, you may still email an account deletion request.
Write to contact@bighelpers.in from your registered email address with the subject BusinessSetu account deletion request. Include the workspace name and say that you want your account and associated personal data permanently deleted. Do not include your password, payment PIN or patient medical records. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same support address for identity verification.
What happens next
We verify that the request is yours, explain any shared-clinic or retention implications, and aim to complete the verified request within 30 days. The request concerns permanent deletion, not merely pausing the account. You can also request deletion of particular personal data without closing your account.
Submitting in the app immediately revokes app tokens, browser sessions and push-notification registrations. We remove or de-identify your profile and associated personal data where deletion is permitted. Clinic patient, appointment, care, invoice and payment records belong to the clinic record and are not erased by an individual staff member's request; where retained, the author becomes a de-identified user. Other records required for a legal obligation, fraud prevention or security may remain access-restricted. We explain any exception in our response. A sole owner must transfer or close their workspace before deletion can finish.
If you also want a business workspace closed or a software subscription ended, mention that in the same request so we can verify your authority and handle it together. Uninstalling the app alone does not close an account or cancel a subscription.
