How to write your complaint

Include the following in your email so we can find your account and act fast:

  1. Your registered email address.
  2. The phone number on the account, if you remember it.
  3. What happened and when (dates help).
  4. What you want us to do (e.g., delete a specific record, correct a field, export your data).
  5. Any screenshots or evidence, if useful.

If you are not satisfied with our response

Under DPDP § 13 you can escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational. We will help you with whatever information you need for that escalation.
