What this means for youYou are dealing with the same registered company shown on the main Big Helpers trust page.
Big Helpers Software and Solutions Private Limited is not GST-registered yet. We will publish the GSTIN here as soon as registration is complete. For now, paid invoices are issued without a GST component.
What this means for youYou will not see a GST line on your BusinessSetu subscription invoice until our registration is live. PAN and bank details are available privately on request for vendor onboarding.
We collect only the account, business, invoice, client, payment, and support data needed to run the service. DPDPA contact handling currently goes through contact@bighelpers.in.
What this means for youYou can ask how your data is used, exported, corrected, or deleted.
BusinessSetu integrates with payment partners such as Razorpay where enabled by the owner. Final partner licence wording must be copied from the payment partner documentation before shipping.
What this means for youYou should know who processes money and which regulated entity stands behind the payment flow.
The product plan is a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Paid refund and cancellation terms must be finalised before collecting live subscription payments.
What this means for youYou should be able to stop before renewal and understand when a refund is possible.
BusinessSetu already treats export and deletion as account workflows. Export gives business data back in a portable format; deletion requests are confirmed before account data is removed where legally permitted.
What this means for youYour customer, invoice, payment, expense, and report data should not be locked in.
