Short version: Use BusinessSetu honestly. Pay for what you use. We are responsible for keeping the service running, you are responsible for what you do with it. Indian law applies. Disputes go to courts at Katni, Madhya Pradesh.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you (the user) and Big Helpers Software and Solutions Private Limited (CIN U72200MP2008PTC021190), the company behind BusinessSetu Pro. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
Account and access
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One account per business is the default. If you need multiple seats for a team, the owner controls who joins.
What we provide
BusinessSetu Pro is a software-as-a-service tool for Indian small businesses: lead board, GST invoicing, payment collection, WhatsApp reminders, expense tracking, reports, and related modules. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise zero downtime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Acceptable use
Do not use BusinessSetu for fraud, spam, money laundering, harassment, defamation, infringing someone else's intellectual property, sending unsolicited bulk messages, or anything illegal under Indian law. Do not try to reverse-engineer or scrape the service. Do not use it to store data you have no right to hold. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules and we will tell you why where possible.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into BusinessSetu — your customer lists, your invoices, your text, your files. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only to run the service for you, including showing it to your team members where you have invited them.
Our content
The BusinessSetu name, logo, code, designs and documentation belong to Big Helpers. You may not copy, resell or rebrand them.
Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as you choose at signup.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment partner regulated by RBI. We do not store your card details.
- Indian GST is added where applicable and shown on every invoice.
- Free-trial accounts do not require a card.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. For full refund and pro-rated cancellation terms see our refund policy.
Service availability
We work to keep BusinessSetu available 24×7 with daily backups. We do not give a uptime SLA in these consumer terms; we publish status updates and announce planned maintenance through email and in-app banners.
Data and privacy
How we handle your data is governed by our privacy policy. By using the service you confirm you have read it.
Third-party integrations
BusinessSetu connects to third-party services you choose to enable — payment partners, WhatsApp Business API, GST e-invoice IRP. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by them.
Limits on our liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability for any claim related to BusinessSetu is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if it violates these terms, if payment fails for an extended period, or if a court or competent authority requires it. You can close your account from settings at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the law changes, when the service changes, or for clarity. We post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. For material changes we notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Katni, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
