Your money and your records
Your customer invoices, prices, payment links, receipts, refunds and reconciliation tools stay yours. Free software does not change what your customers owe you.
Separate payment-processing, delivery and messaging provider charges may apply under the provider terms you choose. BusinessSetu does not add an app-access fee or software markup to those costs.
Custom work is separately quoted
Individually agreed human consulting, custom websites, mobile apps, hosting and other custom software assignments are separate services. Agree the scope and quotation before that work begins.

What happens to old payments?
Historical records remain available for support and reconciliation. Free access does not invent a payment, refund or cancellation.
